“I have an education and private school background. This school has not only exceeded my expaections for my 5th grader, 3rd grader and 1st grader, it has alos redefined for me what a public education can be. “Rum River has been an excellent school for my children to attend. The specialization program allowed my fifth grader prepare for middle school. The teachers are positive and willing to work with the parents. I couldn't ask for a better learning environment than the one Rum River provides. “My son attended Rum River from 1st thru 5th grades. He received an excellent education. The school is very clean, the entire staff is very helpful and friendly. “I have a third grade son and a kindergarten daughter at Rum River. We could not be more pleased with this school. The staff and administration are fantastic. Issues and concerns are quickly resolved. The teachers are wonderful. My children can't wait to go to school each day. Requests I've made for my children have been honored. I just can't say enough about how wonderful this school is. If you are looking to move to the Andover area, be sure to look for a home in Rum River's attendance area.” This review was posted by a parent.

“This is an incredible school and the principal really does care. most of the teachers are really involved individually with the children and parent involvement is high. The 'No Bullying' is strongly encouraged and the children are shown how to treat each other so when they are in junior high I can see a big difference in the way kids will be treated. Each child really feels special and they make them feel that way which leads to better grades, and more self confidence in the real world.” This review was posted by a parent.
